Reading Strategies for Parents

Here is an article on reading strategies that parents can use at home.  It is a very detailed article, but user friendly.  The last page has a shortened list of ideas also.

Pi Day is Sunday, 3.14

Pi Day is coming up on Sunday in case you want to celebrate this mathematical day in your class!  The links below have resources that you might like to have a look at.  One suggestion is to read the book Sir Cumference and the Dragon of Pi.  The most fun part, of course, is that you can celebrate by eating "pie."
